2014
I'm 21 days late, but never mind that. It is never too late to reflect in words and pictures.
2014 started as a journey into the unknown. After selling our house, Alex and I spent several months in Europe. We had our return ticket to the United States, yet we had no idea where in this vast country we would land.
What a journey! What a year! We have experienced life in totally new ways. We have immersed ourselves in new cultures and locales, both far and near.
How lucky to taste homemade couscous, savory steak tartar, Jonna Schengel's gourmet cooking, Indiana sweet corn, and homemade Decatur Township muffins in one year!
And this chapter. This Indiana thing. The fun has only just begun.
