First Snow

Is anybody else freezing cold?!

Brrr... middle America has turned into a frozen tundra this past week. The only redeeming factor is that Lily witnessed her first and second snowfalls. While we realize she doesn't quite understand the concept of weather, she has been squealing and laughing when she looks outside at the snow.

The morning after the first snow, Alex was dying to take Lily out in the snow. He wanted to take her sledding. Sledding with an infant was a firm no from mom, but we did venture to our neighborhood park for some snow play. Oh what fun!

Ready to brave the weather! 

We discovered we need to buy Lil some boots!
